Apply to Avondale
Begin your child’s journey with us. Below is exactly what to expect, then apply online in about fifteen minutes. You can also call (876) 926-0354.
Three steps
Registration, interview, then acceptance. Applying does not by itself guarantee a space.
Registration
Complete the application form and pay the registration fee, which is non-refundable. You will be asked for:
- Two recent passport-sized photographs
- Two copies of the birth certificate, with the original
- The immunisation card, with copies of pages 8, 9, 14 and 15
- A government-issued ID for each parent or guardian
Interview
You will be given a character reference for your child’s current teacher or principal to complete, and an appointment for an interview.
Both parents should attend with the child. Please arrive on time and dressed appropriately — interviews cannot go ahead otherwise.
Acceptance
Before your child begins, we will need:
- A medical record on the form issued by the office
- Payment for the school package
- Tuition paid for the term
A place is secured only once tuition is paid.
Paying fees
Tuition can be paid by online transfer, by debit or credit card at the office, or with a bank voucher collected from the office.
The office does not accept cash for tuition. Fees are due on or before the first day of each term, or before your child begins classes.
Your parent portal
Applying creates your parent account. Sign in at any time to see how far your application has reached, what the office still needs, and to send your proof of payment.
Once your child is enrolled, the same account carries their attendance, reports and messages from staff.
