Avondale Preparatory School was founded in 1951 by three remarkable sisters, Hazel, Sybil & Mazie White. What began as a family endeavour to provide quality education to the children of Kingston has grown into one of the area's most respected independent schools.
For over seven decades, the school has maintained that close-knit, family-run spirit while consistently delivering strong academic results. Located at 9½ Retirement Road in the Cross Roads area of Kingston 5, St. Andrew, Jamaica, Avondale has earned a reputation as an oasis of happy learning and personality building.
